Medical Real Estate's Future Keeps Looking Promising 

This article addresses four trends in medical real estate. The trends are that the REITs are back, properties are worth more money since the capitalization rates are down, and Obama's expanded healthcare policy creates medical real estate in high demand. The last trend is that the medical field has mostly been left unharmed from the recession comparatively to the other industries, which makes the growing medical field be able to move into other empty spaces. Six trends for 2011

There is an article titled, "Health care Real Estate Developer, 6 Medical Real Estate Trends for 2011". The article talks about six trends that are going to impact this year. It states how there will be a large increase in health care participation, static capitalization rates, and construction costs.
